【行業新聞】儀器儀表邁向智能化發展

   新一代人工智能正在全球范圍內蓬勃興起,相比于20年前的互聯網革命,由人工智能掀起的這場新一輪科技和產業革命更加勢如破竹。尤其是在我國,短短幾年間就引領了一陣“AI熱”。早在2015年,我國就出臺了《關于積極推動“互聯網+”行動的指導意見》,首次提出培育發展人工智能產業,并將人工智能列為11項重點行動之一;2016年,人工智能又被寫入“十三五”規劃以及多份產業指導文件之中;2017年,“人工智能”首次被寫入政府工作報告;2018年,政府工作報告再次提到“做大做強新興產業集群,實施大數據發展行動,加強新一代人工智能研發應用”……

 
  A new generation of AI is booming all over the world.Compared with the Internet revolution 20 years ago,the new round of technological and industrial revolution initiated by AI is even more powerful.Especially in China,in a few years,it has led a"AI fever".As early as 2015,China issued the guidance on actively promoting the"Internet+"action.For the first time,it put forward the development of artificial intelligence industry,and listed artificial intelligence as one of the 11 key actions.In 2016,AI was written into the 13th Five-Year plan and many industry guidance documents.In 2017,AI was first written into the government work report.In 2018,the government's work report once again mentions"enlarging and strengthening emerging industrial clusters,implementing big data development actions,and strengthening the new generation of artificial intelligence research and development applications"...
 
  除此之外,北京、上海、天津、浙江、安徽、吉林、貴州等20個省市也已根據各地實際發展情況出臺了人工智能產業政策和措施,率先踏上人工智能發展之路。作為一場跨國、跨學科的科學探索工程,人工智能之火勢必會燃燒到制造業。在中國制造業轉型升級的大潮中,人工智能作為新一輪產業變革的核心驅動力,或將成為重要的主宰力量。正如馬云在今年的大會上所說的,“未來十年到十五年,傳統制造業面臨的痛苦將會遠遠超過今天的想象。企業如果不能從規模化、標準化向個性化和智慧化轉型,將很難生存下去”。可以想見,未來只有用好智能技術的企業才能夠稱得上成功,反之則很有可能被無情淘汰。
 
  In addition,20 provinces and municipalities,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Zhejiang,Anhui,Jilin and Guizhou,have also issued policies and measures for AI industry according to the actual development situation of various regions,taking the lead in the development of AI.As a transnational and interdisciplinary scientific exploration project,the fire of artificial intelligence is bound to burn into the manufacturing industry.In the tide of transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,artificial intelligence,as the core driving force of a new round of industrial change,may become an important dominant force.As Ma Yun said at this year's conference,"In the next ten to fifteen years,the suffering of traditional manufacturing industry will be far greater than today's imagination.It will be difficult for enterprises to survive if they can not transform from scale,standardization to individualization and wisdom.It can be imagined that in the future,only enterprises using intelligent technology can be called successful,and vice versa,they are likely to be mercilessly eliminated.
 
  作為中國制造業的重要基礎性產業,儀器儀表行業無疑也將面臨人工智能的大洗牌。它就像一個用于過濾的篩子,完成智能化轉型的企業留在上頭,而其他企業則無法再立足。雖然相比于其他新興產業,儀器儀表行業接觸人工智能并不算早,但是已經有一批企業成為了先行者,證明了儀器儀表與人工智能之間結合的可能。譬如,虛擬儀器、智能儀器的誕生已經有了人工智能的特征——操作自動化、數據處理、人機對話等等。
 
  As an important basic industry of China's manufacturing industry,the instrument industry will undoubtedly face a major shuffle of artificial intelligence.It's like a sieve for filtering.Enterprises that complete the intelligent transformation remain on top,while other enterprises can't stand on it anymore.Although compared with other emerging industries,it is not too early for instrument industry to contact AI,but a number of enterprises have become pioneers,which proves that the combination of instrument and AI is possible.For example,the birth of virtual instrument and intelligent instrument has the characteristics of artificial intelligence,such as operation automation,data processing,man-machine dialogue and so on.
 
  專業人士分析,儀器儀表行業正在從自動化向智能化方向發展,更確切地說,是朝著微型化、多功能化、人工智能化、虛擬化等方向發展。
 
  Professionals analysis,the instrument industry is developing from automation to intellectualization,more precisely,towards miniaturization,multi-function,artificial intelligence,virtualization and other directions.
 
  首先是微型化,這不僅是人工智能的發展需求,也是工業自動化的需求。企業需要在保證儀器原有性能的基礎上,開發出體型更小、更輕便甚至功能更強大的微型儀器。此前剛剛獲得第二十四屆IBO設計大獎的三款儀器產品,就是優化了儀器的占地空間,滿足了用戶對微型化、集成化的要求。
 
  The first is miniaturization,which is not only the development demand of artificial intelligence,but also the demand of industrial automation.Enterprises need to develop smaller,lighter and even more powerful micro-instruments on the basis of guaranteeing the original performance of the instruments.The three instruments that have just won the 24th IBO Design Award are designed to optimize the space occupied by the instruments and meet the user's requirements for miniaturization and integration.
 
  其次是多功能化,雖然目前專業化儀器儀表產品層出不窮,但對于用戶而言,擁有一臺多功能的綜合性產品顯然更為方便。多功能儀器就像一款“萬能”的瑞士軍刀,可以滿足用戶多種需求,還可以組合使用,提供更好的解決方案。從長遠角度來說,有利于降低儀器購買和維護成本,縮小占地空間,提高設備利用率。

  再有就是人工智能化,也就是儀器儀表與人工智能結合的關鍵所在。簡單地說,這就是利用計算機模擬人的智能,代替人的一部分腦力勞動,從而為儀器儀表賦以人的視覺、聽覺乃至思維能力。可以想象,未來實驗室內用戶可以不再動腦筋處理儀器輸出的數據,而是可以直接拿到一份完整的分析報告。他們的工作可能僅僅在于設計實驗,而不用再費心于數據的處理。
 
  Then there is artificial intelligence,which is the key to the combination of instruments and artificial intelligence.Simply put,this is to use computer to simulate human intelligence,instead of part of human mental work,so as to endow the instrument with human visual,auditory and even thinking ability.It is conceivable that in the future,users in the laboratory can get a complete analysis report directly instead of using their brains to process the data output from the instrument.Their job may be to design experiments without having to bother with data processing.
 
  此外,虛擬儀器將成為智能儀器發展的新階段、新方向。它以軟件系統為核心,提供數據采集、數據分析和數據顯示等功能,只要配備一定的硬件,應用不同的軟件編程,就可得到功能完全不同的測量儀器。自1986年問世以來,虛擬儀器已漸漸成為廣大工程師和科學家的“得力幫手”,并在近幾年越來越受重視。它的出現,為世界儀器儀表產業注入了新鮮血液,并徹底改寫了測試測量產業的發展格局。
