  What are the characteristics of the diaphragm pressure gauge?Introduction of Xi'an Huaheng Instrument:The characteristics of diaphragm pressure gauge are as follows:
 
  1、隔膜壓力表的灌充液選擇:隔膜壓力表彈簧管內灌充的工作液最常用的是硅油和甘油,其他依據工作環境或測量介質不同,還可選擇氟化油或植物油甚至水銀。
 
  1.Selection of filling fluid for diaphragm pressure gauge:Silicone oil and glycerin are the most commonly used working fluid filled in the spring tube of diaphragm pressure gauge.Fluorinated oil or vegetable oil or mercury can also be selected according to different working conditions or measuring media.
 
  2、隔膜壓力表的介質選用:被測量的介質有很強的腐蝕性(如鹽酸、濕氯氣、三氯化鐵),有很高的粘度(如乳膠),易結晶(如食鹽水),易凝固(如熱瀝青),有固態浮游物(如污水),這些介質都可以使用隔膜壓力表。
 
  2.Medium selection of diaphragm pressure gauge:the measured medium has strong corrosiveness(such as hydrochloric acid,wet chlorine,ferric chloride),high viscosity(such as latex),easy crystallization(such as salt water),easy solidification(such as hot asphalt),solid plankton(such as sewage),these media can use diaphragm pressure gauge.
 
  3、隔膜壓力表的溫度影響:隔膜壓力表的正常工作溫度是-20~60℃;隔膜壓力表其溫度影響大小與密封系數隔膜剛度及受壓部位的溫度有關。隔膜壓力表在使用環境溫度偏離20±5℃時,受溫度影響的示值最大變化率剛性不大于0.1%/℃,柔性(遠接式)不大于0.1+0.025L%/℃(L為傳壓導管長度m)。隔膜壓力表的溫度與密封液體膨脹系數、隔膜剛度及受壓溫度都有關。量程越低這個現象約明顯。
 
  3.Temperature influence of diaphragm pressure gauge:The normal working temperature of diaphragm pressure gauge is-20-60 C;the temperature influence of diaphragm pressure gauge is related to the sealing coefficient,diaphragm stiffness and the temperature of the pressure position.When the ambient temperature of the diaphragm pressure gauge deviates from 20+5 C,the maximum change rate of the indication value affected by temperature is not more than 0.1%/C,and the flexibility(remote connection)is not more than 0.1+0.025 L%/C(L is the length of the pressure transfer conduit m).The temperature of the diaphragm pressure gauge is related to the expansion coefficient of the sealing liquid,the stiffness of the diaphragm and the pressure temperature.The lower the range,the more obvious this phenomenon is.
 
  4、隔膜壓力表的液位差說明:配接隔膜壓力表在安裝時受壓部分與通用型壓力表處于不同位置時,應該考慮到液位差對壓力的影響,僅對于隔膜壓力表帶軟管連接來說。(密封工作液比重大體等于1的,落差1m的壓力差約為0.01MPa)。
 
  4.The liquid level difference of the diaphragm pressure gauge shows that when the pressure part of the diaphragm pressure gauge is in different position with the general pressure gauge,the influence of the liquid level difference on the pressure should be taken into account,only for the connection of the diaphragm pressure gauge with the hose.(The pressure difference of 1 m is about 0.01 MPa when the ratio of working fluid to mass is equal to 1).
