  1、以上基本介紹的是選取差壓大的優點,不過發展到了一定程度,必將相對的帶來一些弊端。熟悉孔板流量計和V錐流量計加工工藝的人應該知道,當差壓選取過大的時候,那么導致的直接后果就是開孔變的很小,那么相對的就是壓力損失也很大,孔板流量計本來壓力損失就很大,如果再加上這個的話,那么對整個工藝系統來說,由于這個壓力損失而造成的費用是相當可觀的;V錐流量計相比起來,稍微適中點。

  2、差壓值大時,β值變小,推薦使用的最小雷諾數較小。這樣的話,使得實際雷諾數有可能遠大于推薦使用的雷諾數,于是流量系數趨于穩定,測量精度也就提高。

  3、而對于差壓變送器來說,差壓大的比差壓小的更加穩定。

  4、差壓值大時,所需要的最小直管段可以短些。

  針對這個特點,對于一體化孔板流量計說,考慮各方面經濟的因素,應該選取差壓最大的那個開孔值;而V錐流量計則相對好點了,對于現場流體是牛頓流體的話,本身V錐流量計的直管段要求就比較低,即使短些的話,相比而言的話,也不存在了。
