   渦街流量計可廣泛用于大、中、小型各種管道給排水、工業循環、污水處理,油類及化學試劑以及壓縮空氣、飽和及過熱蒸汽、天然氣及各種介質流量的計量并可作為流量變送器應用于自動化控制系統中,使用壽命長。

 
  Vortex flowmeter can be widely used in large,medium and small pipeline water supply and drainage,industrial cycle,sewage treatment,oil and chemical reagents,as well as the flow measurement of compressed air,saturated and superheated steam,natural gas and various media.It can also be used as flow transmitter in automatic control system with long service life.
 
 
  渦街流量計安裝注意的要點:
 
  Points for Attention in Installation of Vortex Flowmeter:
 
  1、合理選擇安裝場所和環境。
  避開強電力設備,高頻設備,強電源開關設備;避開高溫熱源和輻射源的影響,避開強烈震動場所和強腐蝕環境等,同時要考慮安裝維修方便。
 
  1.Reasonable selection of installation site and environment.
  Avoid strong power equipment,high frequency equipment,strong power switch equipment,avoid the impact of high temperature heat and radiation sources,avoid strong vibration and strong corrosion environment,and consider the installation and maintenance convenience.
 
  2、上下游必須有足夠的直管段。
  若傳感器安裝點的上游在同一平面上有二個90°彎頭,則:上游直管段≥25D,下游直管段≥5D。若傳感器安裝點的上游在不同平面上有二個90。彎頭,則:上游直管段≥40D,下游直管段≥5D。調節閥應安裝在傳感器的下游5D以外處,若必須安裝在傳感器的上游,傳感器上游直管段應不小于50D,下游應有不小于5D。
 
  2.The upstream and downstream must have enough straight pipe sections.
  If there are two 90 degree elbows in the upstream of the sensor installation point on the same plane,the upstream straight pipe section is more than 25D and the downstream straight pipe section is more than 5D.If the upstream of the sensor installation point has two 90 on different planes.Elbow,then:upstream straight section(>40D),downstream straight section(>5D).The regulating valve should be installed outside 5D downstream of the sensor.If it must be installed upstream of the sensor,the upstream straight pipe section of the sensor should be no less than 50D,and the downstream should be no less than 5D.
 
  3、安裝點上下游的配管應與傳感器同心,同軸偏差應不小于0.5DN。
 
  3.The downstream piping at the installation point should be concentric with the sensor,and the coaxial deviation should be no less than 0.5DN.
 
  4、管道采取減振動措施。
  渦街流量計的傳感器盡量避免安裝在振動較強的管道上,特別是橫向振動。若不得已要安裝時,必須采取減振措施,在傳感器的上下游2D處分別設置管道緊固裝置,并加防振墊。
 
  4.Vibration reduction measures should be taken for pipelines.
  The sensor of the vortex flowmeter should be installed in the pipeline with strong vibration,especially the transverse vibration.If it has to be installed,vibration reduction measures must be taken.Pipeline fastening devices and anti-vibration pads should be installed at the upstream and downstream 2D of the sensor respectively.
 
  5.在水平管道上安裝是流量傳感器最常用的安裝方式。
  測量氣體流量時,若被測氣體中含有少量的液體,渦街流量計的傳感器應安裝在管線的較高處。測量液體流量時,若被測液體中含有少量的氣體,傳感器應安裝在管線的較低處。
 
  5.Installation on horizontal pipeline is the most commonly used installation mode of flow sensor.
  When measuring the gas flow rate,if the measured gas contains a small amount of liquid,the sensor of the vortex flowmeter should be installed at the higher part of the pipeline.When measuring liquid flow,if the measured liquid contains a small amount of gas,the sensor should be installed at the lower part of the pipeline.
 
  6.傳感器在垂直管道的安裝。
  測量氣體流量時,傳感器可以安裝在垂直管道上,流向不限。若被測氣體中含有少量的液體,氣體流向應由下向上。測量液體流量時,液體流向應由下向上:這樣不會將液體重量額外附加在探頭上。
 
  6.Installation of sensors in vertical pipes.
  When measuring gas flow rate,the sensor can be installed in a vertical pipe with unlimited flow direction.If the measured gas contains a small amount of liquid,the flow direction of the gas should be from bottom to top.When measuring the flow of liquid,the flow direction of liquid should be from bottom to top:this will not add additional liquid weight to the probe.
 
  7、傳感器在水平管道的側裝。
  無論測量何種流體,傳感器可以在水平管道上側裝,特別是測量過熱蒸汽,飽和蒸汽和低溫液體,若條件允許最好采用側裝,這樣流體的溫度對放大器的影響較小。
 
  7.Side mounting of sensor in horizontal pipeline.
  No matter what kind of fluid is measured,the sensor can be side-mounted in horizontal pipeline,especially in superheated steam,saturated steam and low temperature liquid.If conditions permit,it is better to use side-mounted,so the temperature of the fluid has less influence on the amplifier.
 
  8.傳感器在水平管道的倒裝。
  一般情況下不推薦用此安裝方法。此安裝方法不適用于測量一般氣體、過熱蒸汽。可用于測量飽和蒸汽,適用于測量高溫液體或需經常清洗管道的情況。
 
  8.Inversion of sensors in horizontal pipes.
  Normally,this installation method is not recommended.This installation method is not suitable for measuring general gas and superheated steam.It can be used to measure saturated vapor,to measure high temperature liquid or to frequently clean pipelines.
 
  9.傳感器在有保溫層管道上的安裝。
  測量高溫蒸汽時,保溫層最多不能超過支架高度的三分之一。
 
  9.Installation of sensors on insulated pipes.
  When measuring high temperature steam,the insulation layer should not exceed one third of the height of the support.
 
  10.測壓點和測溫點的選擇。
  根據測量的需要,需在傳感器附近測量壓力和溫度時,測壓點應在傳感器下游的3-5D處,測溫點應在傳感器下游的6-8D處。
 
  10.Selection of pressure and temperature measuring points.
  According to the need of measurement,when measuring pressure and temperature near the sensor,the pressure measuring point should be 3-5D downstream of the sensor,and the temperature measuring point should be 6-8D downstream of the sensor.
