Q: How can I start return request from My Account?

A: If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. This tutorial walks you through the process of finding and creating a return request:

1.) To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account. my_account.png

2.) Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button completed_orders_for_return_sm.jpg

3.) In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return  drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action  and Comments  are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.return_reason_small.jpg


Q: What do you need pictures for broken items?

A: We always try to improve our service and accuracy to our customers. One of the way to achieve this is to learn from failure. If a product reaches destination broken, this is a unfortunate failure on our side. Your picture provides a much more needed details of the product in its failure state and it can help us troubleshoot and identify the cause.
